The 'Bill & Pay' using OmanNet Payment Gateway and Cybersource Payment Gateway which is the authorized payment gatemway in Oman for online transations.They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. You may opt to not to save your card for future transactions in the payment gateway page.
